Where are you based? The Little Craft House is based in Kenwick, Western Australia.

Do you have a showroom? Yes, our showroom is open to the public. We stock most of our listed items plus many more to complete your projects. Our showroom is located in Kenwick (Unit 6 /1780 Albany Highway). We accept cash and EFTPOS. Please note though, pricing on this website is exclusive to purchases through this website.  Orders can be placed here and collected from the showroom. Normal handling times still apply. Please see the VISIT US tab for opening hours.

How can I contact you? There is a few ways to contact us. You can use the contact form found under the CONTACT tab on the HOME menu.

How long will it take for my order to be processed? All orders are processed in order of placement. Standard orders are packed and posted within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Processing times for custom orders will be as agreed at time of order. 
​Purchasing 'Express Post' is a faster postage service, standard handling times still apply. Please contact us for urgent orders.  

Can I place a custom order? Yes! Custom orders are always welcome. We are happy to quote on small, large and mixed quantities of products. Please use the contact page or email. ​

Are your wood beads safe for children? Due to the size of most of our products, as an individual item they are not safe for young children as they pose a choking risk. Please ensure appropriate supervision and keep them out of reach of young children.

Are your silicone beads safe for children? The silicone beads are food grade, BPA, Lead, Mercury, PVC, Latex, Cadmium and Phthalate free. They meet ASNZS ISO 8124. They are odourless and can easily be washed. ​ Due to the size of most of our products, as an individual item they are not safe for young children as they pose a choking risk. Please ensure appropriate supervision and keep them out of reach of young children.
